  • The user is available and ready to receive or make calls.

  • This status can be set manually.

Offline. The user is not registered to our cloud servers via the Nemerald app or other SIP endpoints.

  • This user is not reachable. Depending on the PBX settings and/or forwarding rules, incoming calls will be rejected or forwarded to the voicemail or another number.

  • This status can’t be set manually.

Busy. Indicates that the user is making or receiving a call or is on an active call with another extension or external number.

  • Depending on the PBX settings, the user can or can not receive an incoming call.

Do not disturb (DND). Users can only set DND status manually via the Nemerald app or by dialing a star code from their desk phone.

  • In this status, incoming calls will be rejected or forwarded to the voicemail (if enabled), and missed call notifications will be sent to a user.

  • The user is not restricted from making outgoing calls.
