How to change your outbound Caller ID on desktop app Print

1) Make sure this feature is enabled for your profile. Contact support if you have any questions.

2) Open your desktop app and click on the Settings button.

3) Select the Caller ID tab

4) Activate the caller ID you would like to use.

Please, be advised this Caller ID will be default for your extension until you change it. Changing the caller ID for your extension doesn't affect any other users in your company.
