Guide to Filtering Call History

Follow these steps to filter call history records by user, group, and status.

Step 1: Open the Call History Page

  • Navigate to the Call History page from your dashboard or main navigation menu.

Step 2: Select a User or Group (Optional)

  • Click on the "Users or Groups" dropdown.
  • A dropdown list will appear.
  • Select a user or group from the list. This step is optional; you can proceed to the next step without selecting a user or group.

Step 3: Choose Call Status

  • Click on the "Status" dropdown menu.
  • A list of available statuses will appear.
  • Select one or multiple statuses from the list.

Step 4: Search for Records

  • Click the "Search" button to apply your filters.
  • The page will refresh and display the call history records that match your criteria.
