Guide to Filtering Call History
Follow these steps to filter call history records by user, group, and status.
Step 1: Open the Call History Page
- Navigate to the Call History page from your dashboard or main navigation menu.
Step 2: Select a User or Group (Optional)
- Click on the "Users or Groups" dropdown.
- A dropdown list will appear.
- Select a user or group from the list. This step is optional; you can proceed to the next step without selecting a user or group.
Step 3: Choose Call Status
- Click on the "Status" dropdown menu.
- A list of available statuses will appear.
- Select one or multiple statuses from the list.
Step 4: Search for Records
- Click the "Search" button to apply your filters.
- The page will refresh and display the call history records that match your criteria.
