To record a voicemail greeting for your voicemail, please, follow the procedure below:
- Dial *97 from your phone or press the Voicemail button on your desk phone or the VM button on your mobile app.
- Enter the voicemail password. By default, it's set to be the same as your extension.
- Once you are logged in, press 5 for Options
- Press 1 to record the greeting
- Enter greeting ID (ranging between 1 and 9). If this is the first greeting, press 1.
- Follow the prompts to record your new greeting.
Once you save the greeting, it will apply immediately.
If you have access to the Nemerald admin portal, you can also listen and upload recordings there. Navigate to Extensions and edit your extension. Then click on Voicemail. You can manage your Unavaiable and Name greetings there.
